The Latin word virtus expresses the constant and profound capacity of man in something. Getting the best out of a particular action is actually the "perfect way".

Virtue is also a quality of moral excellence for women and men. Of course, Virtus is seen as a very positive aspect of our character! "Palestre" means gymnasium in Italian.

Pastella in ancient Greece was where ephebes and young recruits were trained, their bodies ready for the rigors of the hoplites or Greek infantry.

The word ephebes describe the legal status of young men in the first stage of military service, marking their entry into adulthood and their departure from childhood.
